BSA’s role was Project Manager, coordinating the efforts of the Design Team and Building Contractor, using a procurement model of Early Contractor Involvement and the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract.

We also acted as Contract Administrator for the Avionics Equipment Contract for the supply of electrical, electronic and mechanical plant. Burroughs had overarching responsibility for the scheme budget and expenditure against it. The Building and Avionics Contracts were completed to programme and within budget.
